To follow up the point I think Clone was alluding to is that they tend to give a description in cases where it's not someone with a darker skin colour where some might assume there were Islamic links. The effect of that though is that when they don't issue a description for future incidents many will understandably jump to the conclusion they are likely to be supporters of Islam.
