A Third Term In Office For Trump?

At the next American Presidential election could he arrange for Vance to stand and he would run for Vice President?

If they were elected Vance would then resign and Trump would then reoccupy what he considers his rightful place.

When Putin was forced by the law to stand down he arranged for a puppet, Medvedev, to take his place.  Though he was pulling the strings.

Anyone see any flaws in this plan?

The Republicans who count are professional politicians.  They won't rock the ship of state.

Could the Proud Boys and others of their ilk, move to defend the principles of the Republic?

//20:43 I am impressed by your knowledge of thousands of people you've never met//

You don't know them either ttt. The only difference is that your belief in what they'll do is based on wishful thinking rather than evidence of previous behaviour.

if the republican party were inclined to do anything about trump they would have done it by now. they view him as a meal ticket. many of his voters hold utterly deluded beliefs that are unshakeable. the republicans will walk all over the constitution when it suits them to do so and uphold it only when it suits them.

21:22 all I know is that it's unlikely that 1000s of people are all devoted disciples.

every last one of them voted for somebody who called for the "termination" of the constitution.  either they didn't know that he did so (unlikely imo) or they didn't care.

Commentators believe that about one third of Republican voters are MAGA fanatics, the type who stormed the Capital on Jan 6th.  But it's not them who count, it's the people close to Trump who bolster his crazy ideas.

But they behave as if they are which is all that matters.

By all accounts most of the true Republicans hate Trump, but they just go along with the madness anyway. If you want to know why, ask yourself why you're still on here defending him when you know full well what a dangerous lunatic he is.

ok if you insist. I'll wait for The Plot against America 2.0 to pan out.

OK. Let's check back in in a year or so. I'm genuinely hoping you're right and I'm wrong.

Yeah. Trump does like to troll.

It keeps the left screaming and acting out so much people become deaf to them.

As an amateur futurist I'm going to make a prediction, I won't tell you what it is.. I will lock it away in a sealed envelope in a safe.. for those who know, Richard Watson taught by the best! ;O)

is it really a good idea for the US president to concern himself primarily with "trolling" cassa? is that all it takes to please you?

🤣🤣🤣 Orange man bad.

Good God the TDS on AB really is strong.  Get a grip is isnt going to happen.
