Now Know What Happened To My Dog Walker Friend.

His father travelled about 300 miles to check out his flat and make funeral arrangements. He had a Green funeral yesterday.  The shock was when his father told me he had hung himself.  Finding it so hard to believe it as to me there are better ways of ending your life than hanging don't you think?

When I think of my beloved youngest son who died 31 years ago but so much wanted to live it upsets me.

I came in from a dance one Saturday night and found my mother with her head in the gas oven but had pulled the cast iron cooker down on top of her.  

I managed to lift it off her - then she tells me she was beginning to change her mind or the money run out.  Never found out the truth.

That's awful jj.  Did she live many happy years after that?  I hope so.

no - her years were not happy as life was hard for her - she lost her parents when she was 17 and was left to rear her 15, 13, 11 and 3 year old siblings.  She did adore one of her sisters to the maximum and that sister died when she was 42 so mother never got over her death.  My aunt (her sister) married late about 39 years old and would you believe it that my mother eyes were black with crying at her getting married, sister died on Christmas Eve and so Christmas for all of us was miserable
