We have not been away since 2019 - largely for health reasons.  Although we have both said we would like to try and get away this year, I think the chances of me persuading Mr BM to leave the garden are very low indeed.

We are off to Corfu in May and Islay in September

Nothing arranged but I live in a holiday resort at the sea so tend to feel on holiday most of the time!

We have 3 weeks in Menorca booked for July and then another 2 mid Septmber. It's 'my' place. Where else would I like to be going (but am not)..South Korea and a return to the Maldives.

I'm really looking forward to it. Except the flight, I hate flying. I booked the whale watching, yesterday. I can't wait for that.

We have been whale watching three times, once off Australia, once off Iceland and once off Gib. They were magical experiences, I particularly loved the inquisitive dolphins who swam and leaped very close to the boats.

We dont have any holiday plans, I would love to go back to Corfu

Couple of weeks to Salou in June.  Looking forward to it and last time we visited we did some nice excursions one being the monastery at montserrat .  I cant do the long flights these days so just a couple of hours should be ok.  Got to do it while we still can as health is not great and insurance is getting expensive.

I wish I did have a holiday to look forward to. Husband is becoming more frail and I can't leave my cat. We haven't been away for years. I would love to go back to S Africa or Menorca.

We went whale watching in California - was an amazing day and saw a blue whale, minkies, sea otters and dolphins.

Wear sun screen and be prepared to hear your fellow passengers puke!!

We are off to Florida at start of May two weeks in the sun,

We're going to Woolacombe in August. We've been to Florida 11 times. It's ok if you stay on the tourist track, but stray off it, and it's a complete dump. Each time we went, to Kissimmee, they had demolished various buildings on International Drive. One time we had a Coral Snake in the pool, and a Black Widow spider on the patio.  The highlight was always having a ride on the Seascreamer at Clearwater. Dolphins everywhere, virtually leaping into the boat, but I'm not keen on going again.

No. While walking my dog along the beautiful river bank on which the village is situated, someone shouted out from a group of passing cyclists (translated from the German) "You lucky devil, you are on permanent holiday here!"

Though I want to go over to Autun, France  soon to look again at the 12th cent, carvings of Gislebertus in the cathedral, which I last visited when I was a student, and that was a very long time ago!
