press "print screen" (PrtScr on some key boards)

If w10 past into paint and trim and save if W11 it will invoke the snipping tool highlight the bit you want and it will save in the screenshots folder.

sorry your answers are too complicated. I did do the Print Screen but when I control and V it didnt work
