Some cheeky barstuard is parked on my drive.

What makes people think they have a right to do that?

I've heard of dodgy airport parking firms dumping cars on people's drives.

People are cheeky!  Cars are always parked in farm gateways round here.  Never mind that the farmer needs access which is often time critical.

Even if you don't have a dropped kerb, block the car in if you can.

If the car is stopping you getting your own car off your drive, contact the police, they may be able to help.

If it is not taxed or MOT'd, contact the council and DVLA.

It would just be their luck, if left overnight, for it to be vandalised to the point of write-off with all glass broken, tyres damaged, seats and carpets ruined with sewage or milk and so on.

Some people rent out their drives and you can book and pay for a period of parking online.

Some cowboys advertise drives that they don't own - a scam. That could be the case here, especially if you live near a hospital, airport, train station

Find out if you can somehow obtain a key and then advertise it on gumtree

Phone the police and tell them there are kids hanging around the car, if they don't come out break a window and push it off your drive into the road and call the police back and tell them you rang earlier about the kids and they've got in and and now the cars in the road and blocking it, I did this and the police turned up pronto.

I managed to nab the driver. He was supposed to park on a neighbours drive but got the number wrong.
