When will their Lordships hand down their decision? Could they increase his sentence?

she was a social worker in rochdale who specialised in helping teens vulnerable to sexual exploitation. she first identified the grooming gangs and blew the whistle to the authorities, then had her story published in the times in 2001 when the authorities ignored it. she campaigned a great deal in the years since and frequently testified about the problem in parliament and i believe was also involved in the relevant trials. she was awarded an MBE for her efforts about 10 years ago
i find it very telling that someone who takes such an interest in the grooming gangs scandal did not know anything about the person who actually brought it to light. very telling indeed. it's unsurprising that you think tommy robinson did it.

He didn't expose but brought focus down to street level rather than it all being an academic exercise resulting in more of the same. Shamed the complacent and complicit into doing something, even if nowhere near enough.

No there should not, sandyRoe. His sentence is not a criminal sentence. It is a civil penalty for him breaching an injunction. The difference is explained at paragraph 40 of the link I supplied. The release conditions are also quite different.
