Mother Nature does indeed pump increased levels of unexpected hormones into people.  (Eg, women with PCOS often have increased testosterone).  This does not change their biological sex and can be medicated.

Andres - There are people who believe that they have been born in the wrong body but there is no evidence to back this up.

However, once you start allowing them 'women's' privileges, it becomes very difficult to stop those with paraphilic fetishes from claiming them, too.

It is better that society is divided strictly along the lines of 2 sexes - that doesn't mean that transpeople are being treated cruelly by doing so.

James O'Brien is a prick. How he equates people knowing men cannot become women (which is the vast vast majority of people) to being on Trump's side, shows just what a prick he is.
