Alarm Keeps Going Off

Hi,

I got a new to me motorhome and I'm having trouble with the alarm.

When I lock it the alarm beeps, but within a minute the alarm goes off and I have to disarm the alarm.

So I don't know if there is a way to lock and alarm it.

I have a photo but this site doesn't seem to allow them.

Any insights would be great

Any way you can contact the previous owner?

And have you checked that everything really is shut, sometimes a window or door not closed properly on a car will set the alarm off.

Motion detection can also set it off, a dangling air freshener for example, although the alarm should 'learn' to ignore minor detections pretty quickly.
