Just Curious - Would You Say Anything Or Just Completely Ignore It??

I think I've  posted this before but just thought I'd ask again as opinions change.

So, we live in a long road, in a mid-terrace. Opposite our house, set quite a way back from the road as there is a lawn in front, is a block of flats, or as my mum would have called them maisonettes. Just two floors - 5 or 6 flats on ground floor and same on 1st floor. A couple of years ago the ground floor flat directly opposite our window was raided, and it turned out to be a well established drug den! We'd had our suspicions as the curtains never ever opened, nor the windows, even when it was boiling hot. Anyway, it stood empty for quite a while, then one day we noticed it being decorated. Great we thought, new tenants. Instantly the curtains were shut, and have NEVER been opened, for a whole year!! We never actually saw anyone move in. Lights are on 50% of the time in the evenings and we can see the shadow of people moving. Every few days someone will pop up between the closed curtains and the windows & wipe down the glass, then quickly disappear behind the curtains again. Now I'm not being accusing here but to me I'm 99% sure that it's simply another drug den again. None of my business you may say, but doesn't give the road a very good name if I'm right. So would you do anything at all i.e. ring someone anonymously, or just let them get on with it?? It's not even the fact of them growing/ selling drugs, it's who's likely to be turning up there, especially when I often have to go out in the evenings alone.
Just curious as to your thoughts?x

As they're quiet and not bothering you, I'd just leave it. You could get harassed anywhere else.

Leave things as they are. As the place has been raided once, the police are probably keeping an eye on it. Stand well back.

Is there snow on the roof in the winter , when it does snow ?

As it's a ground floor flat, the roof will be no indication.

Yes both the family to my left and the guy to the right both say the same, I've said im probably right but just  let them be - like you say it's not actually affecting us. 
They must be boiling in there tho lol!!

I can't see a drug den keeping their windows clean!! Also, if they were growing they would have light on all the time.

Perhaps the noticed early on that they were being watched by everyone and decided they just wanted their privacy!

No I don't think they're cleaning the windows - they're wiping condensation. And they're not being watched like that lol - you can't help but look out of your window and see that all their curtains are closed. You can't see in - even if they were open. Nobody keeps their curtains closed tightly 24-7.
