The answer is YES if you don't have property, but NO if you do.
Owning a property is not theft, the fees charged along the process of buying and selling are. Estate agents charge outragous fees for doing nothing, solicitors take your teeth out and what is stamp duty all about?. I can understand the land registry fees as the paperwork is quite involved and the people dealing with it have to be paid, but even this is being stream-ined by computerisation.

I would like your views on the estate agents chunk though, they take the most and do the least.
That sounds like a very stupid question!! what is the question? lol

Of course it's a stupid question - I was just trying to beat dottie and sunflower and 'bagsy-ing' the first question in the new sub-category. :o)
