90s indie song

Please please please somebody help me on this one!! Can't remember the name of the artist or the title of the song even though it was one of my favourite songs when it was out. It's in an advert at the moment. Some of the lyrics are "My light shines on" and we're moving on up now". Sorry I can't remember any more, it's one of those songs that I can sing every word to when I hear it but can't remember any of it when I need to!! :-) Thanks in advance.
