1d. Restaurant makes money by lake. Not seen an answer for this and I'm just not thinking out of the box today!

To the left of your posting window, there is a topics list. At the end of this list you will find a box labelled "Search the site". Type in the box the phrase "money by lake" (say) and hit "Go". The system will search the AB site for that particular phrase. It will make only 2 or 3 finds - open these and you will find your answers! Cheers crofter
