My husband has been put on anti-depressants. He's very depressed because of his work overload and office politics. Are there any lifestyle changes I can make to help him?

However, there are general lifestyle changes that would benefit anyone suffering from depression. Exercise is especially useful. Can he join a gym or take a dog for a long walk each evening? A brisk walk just three times a week would make a difference. He can also make dietary changes - cutting out caffeine and junk foods is a good idea because they keep the body in a stressful state.
