Seeing Internet Traffic

Can anyone point me to a free utility that I can use to capture what my PC is uploadin to the Internet when I'm connected?

ZoneAlarm can log traffic, and is a free download. You should be using something like this if you spend any time in the internet so go get it - I'll even provide a url ZoneAlarm

i have found the latest version of zone alarm clashes with some other stuff on my pc(not everyone suffers with this but i have heard lots of other cases) i now use sygate personal firewall which also logs traffic
