Legal Notice

There was something that looked like a "flyer" in my mailbox yesterday talking about Legal Notice, Return of Property. It didn't have our name on it - just said To Resident. It didn't say what property it was speaking of or who they were representing. It mentioned that there's a fine and or Jail time for concealing, removing from county, disposing of mortgaged property. Anyone know what this is about and if I should even be concerned since it didn't seem like a real LEGAL document?

There was only a first name & a cell phone number listed. I did a reverse phone directory to look it up. I just thought if it were legitimate that it would have more information.
