I am happy with my over all shape but would like to lose my belly and reduce my waist.I am not a skinny minny,I am a size 16 with big boobs, but I am in proportion.I will never be thin and thank god that I have the sense to realise that life is far too short to starve yourself to fit in with society. All I want to do is have a smaller middle.I will not join a gym as they are all skinny when you walk in,I just want something I can do every day at home for,say,15 minutes without buying any exercise equipment.Any info would be great !

I'm afraid that exercise isn't going to help much without changing what you eat. All you'll do is tone up muscle that is hidden by fat. Also you'd need to do more that 15 mins a day to see a difference.
Best thing i can suggest is take a look at your diet and use your own common sense at what you're eating that could be missed out. Healthy eating will help you a lot more than exercise, especially in the beginning. Good luck!
I agree with last reply. You don't have to eat fatty unhealthy food just because you don't want to starve yourself.Life may be "too short" but why possibly make it shorter. If your that botherd about losin weight, then do something about it, Eat healthy and exercise. And your wrong about gyms, lots of folk go because they are well overweight and need to exercise. You'll need at least twenty mins before you start burning fat though. Any exercise is better than none, strengthen your heart, give you more stamina, strengthen muscles. Look at a beginners aerobic class maybe. I honestly believe you'd enjoy some form of exercise once you get into it.
At home,I uppose there's always Aussie aerobics on SKY you could join in with. quite enjoyable
I know you said you didn't want to buy any exercise equioment, but I bought a slendertone abs belt from argos (ebay is cheaper) and I am really impressed, I haven't dieted but my waist & tummy are definately firmer, my other half has also increased his exercise while using the belt so he has had a better effect. I either iron, make tea or surf the net with mine on.
Sorry, just to add, I meant that I don't consider the ab belt to be exercise equipment. Neither of us are skinny, but neither obese, just gravity taking hold I think in our 40's.
you sound perrrrrrfect to me already ;-)'
