Not sure if this is the right section for this question. Does anyone know if malignant breast lumps feel any different to benign ones? Are there any general characteristics as to how they actually feel?

Madgirl2,
Go and see a Doctor and if you are not convinced get a 2nd opinion. The worst thing you can do is ignore it. If its benign then you can stop worrying about it sooner and if you need treatment the sooner the better.
