I binge on beer..Guiness which has loads of iron...and alcohol thins the blood which is healthy isnt it
No zorro. You have to eat at least one vegetable
Feel depressed at the mo and I'm terrible with binging and really feeling it. I have binge drunk every night for the past,,,,, 10 days. (Not since Monday when my son got back from his other grandparents) I have eaten toast with butter (8+ slices one after the other) and then a whole pizza at night every night for the past 14 days. When I'm not drinking alcohol, I'm addicted to diet coke. I really can't stop it, it's so hard. My binge eating upsets me the most, I'm only 8.7lb (well I was last week, this week I'm 9st) so I know when people say, oh, its alright for you, you need to put weight on. It is frightening and they don't understand. Once I start I can't stop so I'm almost scared to start eating in the morning so I hold out for as long as I can. Some days I manage to get through without anything but 20 odd cigarettes and black coffee/diet coke. I know it is extremely bad for me, i'm not stupid, it just feels out of my control. I have been to the docs about 4 times in the past 2 months now in tears about this but I'm still in the same situation. Sorry, I've completely gone off track.
i dont drink or smoke .but i do eat 2 many bad foods some days and then eat healthy next .but why does all bad stuff taste sooooooooooo gd lol
Sair..........Are you serious?
Ummmm, I am unfortunately. I'm feeling extra down tonight so let it all out in this post. Sorry I shouldn't have been feeling sorry for meself! I'm ok, really, most of the time!
Sair, if you're still here, the thinh causing most of your problems will be the diet coke. It's jam packed full of aspartame (phenylalanine) which is super addictive and utter poison to your central nervous system. wean yourself off that and all will be well with you. It's in nearly everything processed but especially diet goods as it's a sugar relacer. It's 100% banned in our house. If you google it you'll get loads of sites, nutrasweet are being taken to court the world over about it's effects, just have a look for yourself.Be well, be happy, you can break this cycle of behaviour, just kick this first.
Sair might be a good idea to ask ur doctor to refer you to a nutritionist or dietician. they will help:-)
Alcohol is a depressant Sair. If you feel down it may make you feel better. But when you stop you feel major depressed. Try not to drink for a week and see how you feel. I know it's hard. but try it. Take some nytol if you can't sleep.

As Nox says. Aspatame is really bad for you. I always drink normal drinks! Your body can cope with sugar better than that stuff.

And eat. Your body NEEDS food. Just small bits, but eat xxx
Sair - you can let it out all you want chicken x we are cyber people and will not judge. Come back day after day and let it out if you feel the need. I'm feeling for you xxx
Thanks guys. I have kicked the diet coke today, dificult but I never drank any. I am however enjoying a glass or so of wine tonight, but not alone, I have a friend coming round so that's ok isn't it! I have eaten, cornflakes for breakfast, half a sandwich for lunch and I am now having pitta and houmous with my wine. Not great but better than a binge I s'pose. Thanks again for listening and responding so positively, it really helps at the moment.

Lot's of love to all. xxxx
