Trapped Nerve relief

Hi, I think I have a trapped nerve in my shoulder. Originally I thought I had slept awkward but I still have pain and stiffness 2 weeks later. After talking to a few people they suggested that I might have a trapped nerve. Can anybody point me in the direction of a good therapist in paisley / glasgow area?

Have you been to your doctor? thats the 1st thing you should do- i sympathise at this minute as ive been in agony the last few days with a trapped nerve... seems a lot better today but im keeping my fingers crossed ! co- cocodamol tabs are what you need also anti inflammitary tablets, hope you feel better soon..
