I have the latest version of MSN on my Mac, my friend keeps sending me invites to join a video chat but I keep getting a message that I need to update to the latest version, WTF?, can anyone give me some idea what I need to do

MSN for Mac does not support video. You can set up ichat to give chats on MSN. Just set it up to use jabber account and enter your MSN details. Might be able to to video also
