bank charges

a few weeks ago i saw a question where someone was asking if the website they were viewing was for real and it gave instructions on how to write to banks etc about the charges incurred for previous years and getting some of them refunded. did anybody else see this question and if so do you have alink to it as i cannot seem to find it agin now

And it works brilliantly - just got my daughter's charges back. Its a good idea to read up as much as you can through the threads on your appropriate bank before you jump in. Its a very simple proceedure.

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk is the better site, as its more organised - its also endorsed by Martin Lewis. Its also very good for any legal problems regarding ALL consumer issues eg warraties on goods etc.

oh yes it works, just got back a credit cards charges back and it has pretty much cleared the account :)
also got bank charges back too a couple of moths ago
and off we go again ...............
