Do I need a Visa to travel as a tourist to Cuba

Having been several times, the answer is yes. It's in the form of a perforated form which you hand in at passport control. It appears to be a formality, and in my experience it's always been filled in and supplied by the travel company, and arrives with the travel tickets. (I'm assuming you're EU. I suspect it may be different if you're US!
