They are both acronyms. MILF stands for 'The Moro Islamic Liberation Front', or it's american slang for 'Mother I'd Like to Find' (polite form; apparently from the movie American Pie). I hesitate to guess at what GILF stands for!

i beg to differ, the origin of MILF. I know it was used in the movie American Pie, but i can remember using and hearing the Acronym for at least 5 years before that instance.......i'm curious to the true origin, thats what lead me an the beaten path of here.
