Hi Heatherglen - Just picked up your earlier message on Q&P. I really wish I could assist but am not familiar with this problem - sounds like a corrupt file, possibly in your System32 directory, or you may have to run Regedit. I am not qualified to advise you and would recommend caution before going under the bonnet.

The solution recommended at the end of the page is:
Start, Run, type
regsvr32 ole32.dll
click ok
