Animals with long back legs and short front legs ie rabbits and hare's can run up hill faster than they can run down, so I think they would find it very difficult, I'd like to see a kangaroo try it too!
Come to think of it those Daleks where not designed for stairs either up or down.

Just FYI, my bunnies have no trouble getting down stairs. They love to run up and down!

After watching a programme on telly about fat people walking I'd say fat people.... seems if you're top heavy you have a good chance of going down head first

I reckon a cow could fling itself back down and end up at the bottom. It wouldn't be a graceful descent, but it would certainly make it.

A bullock, as it front legs are shorter than its back legs and cant cope going down hill.

I don't agree with that - how come then, when a cow goes up into a transporter, it comes out !!!!! - and our cows have to go down steps to get to the AI yard!!!!!

nickynoodles, I doubt if your transporter or your steps are as steep as the average stairs!! You may be right though!! I just know bullocks aren't happy going down hill, i'm not saying its impossible though.

Maybe not the transporter, but the steps down to the AI room are still steps!!!!
