I am working in the telecom operation company. I am now interested in setting up the information management system in my company, especially on financial and accounting matters . Could anyone can help on this? Tks in advance

Presumably you want to know where to go to get independent advice on doing this? If your company is small, try the Government small business help service - still called Business Link, I think. If your company is eligible for help, they will put you in touch with an IT Consultant.
If you know you want a standard package such as Sage, try talking to them directly.
