How do I transfer MP3 files to PC

I want to transfer MP3 files to my PC. I have Music Match and the MD player is a Sharp NetMD. Anyone got step by step idiot proof instructions?

I thought that md files were a different type of format to the mp3..something called atrax .....but that was a few years ago on a sony md....

Yup, they're ATRAC and should be converted on your machine before being transfered to the MD. I haven't been able to transfer songs FROM my MD before and I'm pretty confident that it is not possible. Might be easier to do a search for the song, see if it was saved in some weird folder after it was converted.
