What are my rights

I put a deposit down on a van on wednesday and in return got a used vehicle invoice back from the trader.Today I have just got a new job that comes with a van so now no longer need the van i put the deposit on, on wednesday.
What are my rights to cancel this agreement?

It probably means that you will loose your deposit. You can try to negoitate with him and tell him you didnt know your new job came with a vehicle. Best of luck mate.
