Im currently studying hospitality management fro degree level,,,,I cant find many websites that describe some form of the modern hosptality itself and how it has evolved. Where is it heading for the future, perhapes space hotels????????What are procedures are in place?

Out of interest, where are you studying? I did a degree in 'hotel, catering and institutional management' at Leeds poly. Blimey was gonna put the date I did it till I realised it's nearly 20 years ago and I fell off my chair : {

They may have some literature you can have or give you some ideas.

Maybe target key players in the industry and see if you can speak to them and get their ideas and you can quote them as sources in your work.

If there are loads of you doing this though either best to keep quiet or get some general reference material available to all or see if you can arrange via the dept for people to come in and speak to you all about it.

We had projects in the past and remember the local Inland Revenue being inundated by our group for a tax project and had to turn people away after the first couple.

Why not think of the different areas and levels of hospitality and how socialogical factors play a part.

Corporate Hospitality and entertainment is BIG at the moment especially for sporting venues. Large city firms such as lawyers and accountants and are making significant use of this and it seems to have become something of a client expectation in these kind of firms now.
