How do I remove this

I have done a complete scan and found this.Trojan-downloader.js.gen (location documents and index (3)htm I have got tesco security so can someone very plainly tell me what do do next I can,t find where to disinfect or what ever you have to do.Would appreciate any help.Have the guide book but dont understand that .Problem arises only when I sign into yahoo messenger as long as that is off everything is fine.Thanks

Go to:
http://www.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-trials/ln g/us/tpl/tpl01
Download the professional trial version (it's a free trial) and run a full scan.
When anything nasty is detected, choose to delete it.

Thanks for your reply but why do i need to run a scan I have already done that with my own security and it has told me what I have .I just need to know how to get rid of it with my security .its maybe me i just thick and learning.

Do I have to uninstall my tesco security before i download the trial.I pay for my tesco virus security. thanks
