Xmas presant for girlfriend

Hi I was wondering if anyone had any idea on what to buy my girlfriend for Xmas. I have got all the usual stuff in mind(jewelary, watch, smellys etc etc), But it is our first xmas together and just wanted to get her that somthing extra special and wont forget in a hurry. She is 30 and very outgoing, likes most things (Engagement ring is a NO NO). Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
