Incoming email locking up

An incoming email on Outlook Express is constantly not being delivered/locking up and so I am unable to receive anything after it. Is there a way to delete it or get my computer to delete that one incoming message? Any help out there PLEASE!! It's driving me MAD!!!!

Who is your ISP?

If it's your ISP Mail Account, you should be able to log in using webmail, and delete it from their server.

If you don't already have anti-spam, you might take a look at mailwasher. This will not only provide excellent spam protection, but will also let you delete e-mails from the server without downloading the entire e-mail.
