have a liking for bread and like dipping it in margarine mmmm, i often substitute meals by doing this, im not fat and havent noticed any dire affects from doing it, but my friends reckon its unhealthy, any opinions?

yes, i think its unhealthy. most margerines contain trans fats which are really bad for cholesterol levels.

but.... even if you use a good margerine, its not exactly varied!

thanx mandimoo lol, yeh u probably right but cos i dont eat meat think i can do with cholesterol, no its not varied, does anyone else do this? this is anonoymous u know come on somebody must do it too admit it pls!
Much better to spread real butter on it but probably better not to do it al all.

i have blood normal to low blood pressure and am completely healthy, lucky me ay
Yuck I hate margarine. Bread and butter now that's a different matter though I would think equally unhealthy, but what isn't considered unhealty these days?
