The 'clavicle' is a collar-bone, so "my aching clavicle" presumably means that you have somehow hurt that particular part of the body. I have never heard of the phrase being used as an idiom and nor - it seems - has Google.
I suppose it could conceivably mean that you are having too much of a burden to bear at work or wherever...ie that you have got such a "load on your shoulders" that it pains you!
