You were lucky with your doctor - most charge for holiday vaccinations
I've been to the Caribbean on cruises 27 times in the last 15 years and am about to go back at Christmas. I, nor anyone else I have spoken to, has ever obtained any vaccinations.
Hepatitis A is another common requirement. The rule is usually if you plan to stay within a resort you should be OK, but go off the beaten track and you should get jabbed up. That said, Ive never know mosquitoes to be aware of perimeter fences.

My doctor does required jabs for free and recommended ones at a charge, which seems reasonable to me.

Your GP surgery will tell you what you need as they get updated info from the DOH. Some jabs needs to be a couple of weeks ahead of your travel date, so allow this time.

This site will help you, although T&C not mentioned directly.
