Know the feeling, part of the reason I gave up working in central London.
Would get the train down from Manchester on Monday morning, cart my suitcase to the office. Hours were normally 7.30am to about 8/8.30pm, quite often up to 1am and we were often out with clients.
Lived in a hotel and used to get up at 5 to have some breakfast and get the tube to work. Friday was pack my stuff up and cart it to work on the tube so I could go straight to the station after work. Often didn't get home until nearly 2am.
At the time I was looking after 4 houses and up to 13 tenants so by the time I'd sorted that out and everything else I had to wash everything and repack it to be back on the train first thing monday morning.
After a while it nearly destroyed me and I decided to chose santity and a life over the opportunity of far money and such and have now changed jobs, given up the property management for now and got a new flat on my own back in Manchester for some peace and quiet :)
