My theory is that it should have been a three-parter, like I thought it was going to be when Channel 4 started advertising it (maybe a year ago now?). I too lost interest during the second show.

Anyway, wouldn't they all be dead now? Or have they found a Maccy D's hidden behind a couple of trees?

Dare I be totally honest and say that I really like it?

some government agency has put these centres all over the earth to controll magnetic changes in the earths whatever...

eace so many hours or whatever they have to press a button cause when the technology was created thats what it took, maybe one day they will make an automatic machine to press the button


all of the people on the island are connected, which is strange, but not completely improbable...


at the end of it all its probably not gonna make much sense, but they have made a way of forcing us to crave the next episode, morethan a cliff hanger,

how can it cost a million? they're on an island, there's no premises to pay for, props - it's all found items, food - whatever's in...

I'm still not sure how the camera man is sending us the images tho ... unless......... someone's lying and they DO have contact with the rest of the world!! :o/

Ok, lets see if we can all create our own version for less than a tenner - so the setting.....

Blackpool - mind the water tho, you'll wake up with eleven toes!
props - candy floss sticks, recycled chip cones, seaguls (we could paint them different colours for added effect
actors - whoever turns up on the day
plot - anything, we could just sit around talking about anything, I'll bring my guitar.
cliff hanger - someone dares to set foot into the water!

thats gonna cost us about an extra �3 per person on the crew to get into a swimming bath... cause i aint putting my feet in blackpool!
