Ok, so in games (phys ed, PE, etc) i found i could do around a 3cm sitting stretchy thing (like touching your toes, but you sit down and see how far past your toes u can reach) this was around 1-1.30pm. Iv just tried again now and I can barely reach my toes. Whats that all aboot? oh yeah and i hadnt warmed up or anything either time, but i peddel'd(?) around a mile and a half at around 2pm ta x

You're up to 2cm shorter at the end of the day, compared with your height at the start of the day. This is due to compression of your spinal column (which expands again overnight). This is most commonly noticed by car drivers who often find that they have to adjust the position of their rear view mirror when driving at different times of day. This spinal compression could be the reason for your 'lack of elasticity' towards the end of the day.
