MP3 conversion

I download music (legally) but it always seems to be in WMA format which is useless for my MP3 player! Is there anything I can use to convert these WMA files? Or, could someone recommend a decent download site which enables you to pay for what you buy using a regular debit card. At the moment, I use 7Digital.

7Digital allow you to download your purchases in WMA, AAC or MP3 format. I would suggest you are choosing to download them in the wrong format in the first instance.

'IMPORT' your files into iTunes as .mp3......prefs -advanced-importing- select mp3 encoding. That's it !
