We're running our own version of Celebrity Fit/Fat Club at work for charity.
We're being sponsered to lose weight. Those willing are to be divided into 2 teams, having a weigh in each week and the winning team with the most weight lost will be announced on the 21st December. So I have 4 weeks to lose as much weight as possible.
I've volunteered to be on one team. I've booked a session with a trainer at my gym and am trying to fit lots of classes in (they're started pole dancing ones!!!). Anyone got any ideas about other things I can do, good diets and other weight loss tips etc...
Exercise early in the morning (best time to do it)
Drink lots of water ( it reduces hunger pangs and also detoxifies your body)
Eat more fruits/veggies but cut down on carbs (esp. processed carbs) the most
When it comes to food quality counts, not quantity asmuch(cut down on junk food as much as possible)
