Male babies soon learn that playing with their willies is a source of pleasure along with many other erogenous stimulation. If by masturbation you mean an attempt to manipulate the genitals and erogenous zones with a view to achieving an orgasm, I think that boys do this just as soon as it either occurs to them or someone suggests that it is possible. Men continue to carry out this interesting experiment for so long as there is breath in the body, it seems.

It just occurred to me that the real question here might be, "At what age can a young male expect to produce a proper ejaculation, and if this is not happening to me could I be impotent?" The answer is that males become capable of ejaculation from a normal age range of as early as ten to as late as fifteen, with a few individuals being outside this range. During puberty changes occur in the body that make experiencing an orgasm possible, although this may not be accompanied by an ejaculation during the earlier part of puberty.
If you are able to create or maintain an erection that you are not impotent. If you are unable to experience orgasm or ejaculate and in other respects puberty is complete then you should seek medical advice. There are a variety of reasons why this should happen in adults, and AnsweBank is not a substitute for competent expert advice.
