ARR, but the properties in red wine definitely are good for you. If you check it out each type of red has different qualities, each beneficial for various health factors. I'm not talking about quaffing a bottle every day, but if you partake in a glass each evening say, it is really good for the blood. In my Dine Out and Lose Weight book it states each wine and to which medical condition it will benefit.
There`s no mention of Merlot in that list. does that mean I can finish the bottle tonight without putting on weight?
I see Liebfraumilch only has 85 calories. Never could understand why anyone should want to drink the stuff. Not even to lose weight! I suppose after one glass you've had enough!
Cheers!
