Hi guys...

Recently a friend of mine was killed in a car accident and since then I've been trying my best to support another of my friends, who was his best mate.
He is understandably in bits, they were so close and were pretty much inseparable and had been for years. He even tried to resuscitate him after the accident.
He's been such a support to our friend's family and I'm so proud of him, but I was wondering if any of you could suggest something like a nice poem that I could give him, that isn't too soppy but gives him a bit of hope.
I have told him that I'm proud of him, that I'm here for him and all that, but I feel like I'm just repeating myself and not really being any help to him.
Thanks in advance, all xxxxxxx

Ive had many friends die in crashes, when my mates dad died in one I bought her a locket so she could wear it and have a photo in it. Is there any little gift you could get engraved that would remind him of his friend? Just to be there is good enough though I'm sure.
You may not think it now
You feel this pain is here to stay
But it wont.....
You may not know it now
You feel the grief will never ease
But it will.....
You just can't see it now
You think you'll never smile again
But you will........
You feel that you have failed
You think you should have done your best
But you did....
You were the best of friends
You feel that he has gone
But he hasn't....
He is in your heart, your sould and your memories forever.
Hi whiskeysherri, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend's death, I usually pretty speechless at such things, but I've provided a couple of links for you to have a look through. I had a look myself, but only you know which one would be most suitable.... you know sometimes, words can never do as much as a long, long hug. All the best. XXXXX
