The quote 'the limits of my language indicate the limits of my world,' is by Wittgenstein. However, what do people think about it? Do you think it is true/false/neither?

The only thing I remember about Wittgenstein is that his brother Paul lost an arm in WW1 and went on to become an acclaimed concert pianist. How the hell he managed that I don't know...
