8 Answers
My emails go back to 2003, thousands of them and I would like to store them on CD, is this possible with the hope that if I need to get them back, I can. All attempts to copy have failed, any suggestions?

Hundereds of emails though, unless they've got large attachments won't take up much space, a small pen drive or something might be more suitable. You can't read the contents of the file though but you will be able to re-import it into Outlook whenever you want. Hope this helps, if you need any assistance just shout!
Ok, open outlook on inbox page and click on File, Import-Export, from the list choose export to a file and then person folder file (pst), now careful with next bit..make sure the personal folders is highlighted at the top of the folders list and not a sub folder. then tick the box that says include sub folders and choose where to put it.
If you get stuck email me [email protected] and I'll try and explain a little better
