Yes I had this a two years ago. Had never heard of it before! I had horrible little itchy spots around my wrists lower arms and hands and also lower back and legs. My GP gave me a very informative leaflet which helped and he also referred me to a skin specialist who confirmed that it was indeed Lichen Planus. If you have it don't dispair (although I admit the itching can drive you crazy) as I didn't have any treatment for it and it completely cleared up after about 3-5 months. I was lucky because it can last upto 18 months Amazing really I had forgotten all about it until I read your message!!.
