If they are using mixed anagrams of two quite separate words (but both linked to the theme) then the answers could be GIBLETS & NAPKINS.

Go with athene - that's much better!
The closest anagram that I got to the correct answer was "Pi**ing Blanket".
Probably the name given to a Dandelion Soup!
