I'm not sure if this will help your search but I think the hymn you're referring to is actually called 'You are Mine'.

I tapped Hymn 'you are mine' in to google for you and quite a lot of stuff came up but unfortunatley I've not got the time to sift through for you but perhaps you'll find something suitable this way.

At any rate, I do know that it is available on a CD (somewhere in this world) as my mother has a CD with this song on. Alternatively, I'm sure you could get it as a download.

I hope I'm not too late with this reply. I think you are searching for the hymn "Be not afraid" which you should be able to find easily with an internet search.
