Which herbal teas are good for your skin?

I'm a herbal tea drinker but also suffer from problematic skin so it would be useful to drink herbal teas which are known to help with spots etc

Anyone know of any/had any good experiences?

nettle tea is good for detox and apparently for ciculation. Not the best flavour though!

I agree with Tingirl, nettle tea is good but tastes blooming foul!!! I buy twinings Blackberry & Nettle tea which is delicious, the blackberry totally masks the nettle taste.
